LoadController E-series truckscales for light and heavy commercial vehicles.

The LoadController E-series are electronic onboard truckscales, giving the driver at any desired moment the possibility to determine individual axle pressures, nett and gross vehicleweights and/or total combinationweights. The system comes with a clearly readable display and an integrated keyboard for the manual interface with the system. The design is compact and offers a wide range of mounting options.

For many applications it is usefull to have an overview on paper of the weight of the load that has been delivered or taken onboard. For this reason an optional printer can be delivered with the system. The printout features weightdata, date and time and the company details of the operator.

Applications
The LoadController E-series can in principle be installed on all current rigid truck models (including trailer if desired), on all current tractor/semi-trailer combinations and all agricultural tractors with trailers. The system can be delivered with wide variaty of sensors; for example airpressure sensors for airsuspended axles (or axlegroups), hydraulic sensors for hydraulically suspended axles (or axlegroups) and mechanical sensors for measuring the the deflection of parabolic (frontaxle) springs.
